一、大赛背景/Competition Background

东方创意之星设计大赛(简称大赛)是以国务院《关于推进文化创意和设计服务与相关产业融合发展的相关意见》、教育部与工信部《现代产业学院建设指南(试行)》、《工业互联网创新发展行动计划(2021—2023年)》等文件精神为指导,创建的产教融合与设计产业化协同创新平台。旨在响应国家产教融合战略布局,推动教育界与产业界融合创新,通过大赛融合资源,激发艺术设计及跨学科人才的作品创作热情,汇聚国内外优秀创意设计思维,提升设计者的综合素质与能力,促进产教融合发展。大赛把社会效益放在首位,努力实现社会效益和经济效益有机统一,构建“学赛训产”创新链,破解“企业创新、产业升级,区域招商、成果转化”等现实难题,使设计成为推动制造业变革的强大驱动力和赋能经济高质量发展的创新引擎。

 

The Orient Star Design Competition is a collaborative innovation platform for the integration of industry and education and the industrialization of design, based on the State Council's “Several Opinions on Promoting the Integrated Development of Cultural Creativity and Design Services and Related Industries”, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's “Guide on the Construction of Modern Industrial College (Trial)”, “Industrial Internet Innovation and Development Action Plan (2021-2023)” and other documents as guidance. The competition aims to respond to the national strategic layout of the integration of industry and education, promote the integration and innovation of education and industry, and through the competition to integrate resources, stimulate the passion of artistic design and interdisciplinary talents to create works, gather outstanding creative design thinking at home and abroad, improve the comprehensive quality and ability of the designers, promote integrated development of industry and education. The competition puts social benefits in the first place, strive to achieve the organic unity of social and economic benefits, to build an innovation chain of "learning competition and training production", and solve practical problems such as "enterprise innovation, industrial upgrading, regional investment promotion and achievement transformation", and make design a powerful driving force for the transformation of the manufacturing industry and a new engine for high-quality economic development.

 

二、大赛简介/Competition Introduction

大赛是由工业和信息化部国际经济技术合作中心批复,举办的艺术类学科竞赛。前三届大赛吸引了全国34个省区市(含港澳台)及英国、美国、意大利、巴基斯坦、韩国、日本、芬兰、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、菲律宾、马来西亚、印度尼西亚、泰国、柬埔寨等15个国家的2000余家艺术设计机构的关注和参与,包括1500余所高校和500余家设计机构,其中双一流高校参赛率超过80%;举办系列论坛讲座、工作坊活动100余场;每届大赛均正式出版一本《东方创意之星设计大赛优秀作品集》;大赛官网访问量超400万人次;在国内外高校、设计师行业以及社会上产生了广泛的影响与好评。

 

The Orient Star Design Competition is an art discipline competition approved by the International Economic and Technological Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The first three competitions have attracted the attention and participation of more than 2000 art design institutions from 34 provinces, regions and municipalities (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and 15 countries such as the United Kingdom, the United States, Italy, Pakistan, South Korea, Japan, Finland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Cambodia. Including more than 1500 universities and 500 design institutions, the participation rate of double first-class universities exceeded 80%; More than 100 forum lectures and workshop activities have been held. A collection of Excellent Works of Oriental Creative Star Design Competition is officially published in each competition. More than 4 million visitors visited the contest's official website; It has a wide range of influence and praise in universities, designers and society at home and abroad.

 

大赛已进驻中国高等教育学会《高校学生竞赛与教师发展数据平台》,被正式纳入《2021版艺术类竞赛指数大学生竞赛清单》,并作为赛事数据主要来源之一。本届大赛将严格参照《高校学科竞赛排行榜》入选赛事的各项要求进行运营,持续强化产教融合和国际化特色,以设计产业化战略驱动校企政协同创新发展。

The competition has entered Chinese Association of Higher Education's “College Student Competition and Teacher Development Data Platform”, and has been officially included in the “College Student Competition List of the 2021 Edition of Art Competition Index” and is one of the main sources of competition data. This competition will be operated in strict accordance with the requirements of the “University Discipline Competition Ranking” selected competitions. 大赛将通过东方创意之星产教联盟强化产教融合实施机制,联动政企校协同创新,开展产教融合项目与基地建设,促进院校设计成果转化,赋能企业创新增长上市,助力地方政府招商引智,推动设计产业化创新发展。

六、赛程赛制/Competition Schedule

1.赛制安排/Competition Arrangement

采用“选拔赛、总决赛”赛制+区域协同模式,运行组织。

The system of "trials and finals" + regional cooperation mode is adopted to operate the organization.

 

1)选拔赛/Trials

以海外国家为单位组建赛区,组织参赛作品征集及评审活动,按既定规则,推送至总决赛;分赛区可组织大赛相关论坛展览、工作坊等活动。

Organize competition areas with overseas countries as units, organize the collection and evaluation activities of entries, and push them to the finals according to the established rules; Competition related forums, exhibitions, workshops and other activities can be organized in each division.

 

2)总决赛/ Finals

大赛组委会组织终评各分赛区推送入选的国赛作品,策划组织颁奖、宣传孵化、市场化应用等系列活动。

The organizing committee of the competition will organize the final evaluation and push the selected national competition works to each division, plan and organize a series of activities such as award, publicity incubation and market application.

 

3)区域协同/ Regional Cooperation

由相应分赛区组委会成员院校负责组织或承办,按海外赛区(东盟、韩国、巴基斯坦等)组织大赛相关区域性作品展览论坛、分赛区评审会、工作坊等学术活动。

自选主题进行创作的创意设计作品。

1.产品设计:日用品、文化用品、家具家电、交通工具、公共设施、娱乐设施、玩具、机械设备、户外用品、运动器具、医疗保健设备、安全救援装备、艺术工艺品等。

2.视觉传达:CIS(MI、BI、VI)设计、品牌包装、招贴海报、书籍装帧、插画等。

3.环境设计:家居空间、商业空间、办公空间、公共空间、景观规划、展览展示等。

4.服装与服饰设计:各类型日常成衣、职业服装、礼仪服装、特种服装装备、鞋及服饰品、纺织品服装图案、珠宝首饰设计、纺织印染织绣等。

5.数字媒体:元宇宙、网页、交互应用、动漫、动画、智能设计、信息设计、网页、UI设计、VR应用等。

6.影视艺术:电影、电视剧、摄影、广告、微课、短视频、直播、纪录片等。

7.非遗文创:非遗文化设计、非遗景象再现、衍生品开发、文化体验设计等。

8.美术与工艺:国画、油画、版画、雕塑、书法、篆刻、水彩、工艺美术等。

 

A creative design work with a theme of your choice.

1. Product design: daily necessities, cultural products, furniture and household appliances, transportation, public facilities, entertainment facilities, toys, machinery and equipment, outdoor products, sports equipment, medical and health equipment, safety and rescue equipment, arts and crafts, etc.

2. Visual communication categories: CIS (MI, BI, VI) design, brand packaging, poster, book binding, illustration, etc.

3. Environment design: home space, commercial space, office space, public space, landscape planning, exhibition and display, etc.

4. Clothing and clothing design: various types of daily clothing, professional clothing, ceremonial clothing, special clothing equipment, shoes and clothing products, textile clothing patterns, jewelry design, textile printing, dyeing and embroidery, etc.

5. Digital media: metaverse, web page, interactive application, animation, animation, intelligent design, information design, web page, UI design, VR application, etc.

6. Film and television arts: film, TV series, photography, advertising, micro class, short video, live broadcast, documentary, etc.

7. Non-legacy creation: intangible cultural heritage design, intangible cultural heritage scene reproduction, derivative development, cultural experience design, etc.

8. Arts and Crafts: Chinese painting, oil painting, printmaking, sculpture, calligraphy, seal cutting, watercolor, arts and crafts, etc.

八、参赛作品要求/Entry Requirements

1.静态作品:以平面方式提交实物或模型照片、设计效果图等1~5幅。每幅图为A3版面(宽297mm×高420mm),大小5M内,精度高于300dpi;以jpg格式上传,不要以压缩包格式上传;设计说明在上传作品页面填写,不能作为文档文件上传。

Static works: Submit 1 ~ 5 photos of real objects or models and design renderings in a flat way. Each picture has A3 layout(297mm width × 420mm height), within 5M size, and the accuracy is higher than 300dpi. Upload in jpg format, not in compressed package format; The design description can be filled in the page of uploading works, and cannot be uploaded as a document file.

2.动态作品:以视频形式提交,大小不超过100M,最多上传1个;格式要求:mp4(视频编码:H.264)。

Dynamic works: Submit in the form of video, no more than 100M in size, and upload 1 piece at most; Format: mp4 (video encoding: H.264).

3.书画作品:形式、尺寸、材料、使用工具不限。

Painting and calligraphy works: form, size, materials, the use of tools is not limited.

4.作品说明:不超过200字,阐述作品亮点、创意、文化等信息。提交资料均不得出现作者的任何信息和记号。

Description of works: No more than 200 words to explain the highlights of the works, creativity, culture and other information. Any information or mark of the author shall not appear in the submitted materials.

5.参赛作者:可跨单位组队,每件作品的作者数量不超过3人。

Authors: Teams can be organized across different units. The number of authors for each work is not more than 3.

 

九、参赛投稿方式/Submission Method

作品评审分为选拔赛和总决赛,分赛区等级奖作品推选至总决赛,最终评选出各奖项。

The evaluation of works is divided into the selection competition and the final competition. The works with grade awards of each division are selected to the final competition.

 

1.在线投稿/online submission

(1)登陆东方好创意大赛平台(www.ogdcn.com)并阅读参赛须知:用手机号注册为参赛用户(中国大陆手机号码直接使用11位手机号注册;非中国大陆手机号码,注册时填写的号码格式为:00+区号+号码。如香港为00852+号码,澳门为00853+号码,台湾为00886+号码),收到并填写验证码,按步骤完成注册。

Log on to the contest platform (www.ogdcn.com) and read the instructions for entry: register as a participant with a mobile phone number (the mobile phone number in Chinese Mainland is directly registered with an 11 digit mobile phone number; for non Chinese Mainland mobile phone numbers, the number format filled in during registration is 00+ area code + number. (2)登陆东方好创意大赛平台(www.ogdcn.com),进入海外赛区网页,单击“作品提交”,填写报名表、勾选确定参赛承诺书,按要求上传作品。同一账号可同时提交多人多件作品。

Log on to the contest platform (www.ogdcn.com), enter the website of ASEAN (OVERSEAS)competition area, click "work submission", fill in the registration form, check the letter of commitment, and upload the works as required. Multiple people and multiple works can be submitted at the same time under the same account.

 

2. 邮箱投稿/Email submission

(1) 参赛作品以电子邮件投稿,投稿邮箱:ogdcns@gmail.com。附件文件名为“作者姓名+ 作品名称”,邮件主题为“参赛作品+作者姓名”。作品按:“作者+联系电话”格式命名。

Entries should be submitted by email to ogdcns@gmail.com. The attached file is named "author name + work name", and the email subject is "entry + author name". The works should be named in the format of "author + Contact number".

(2)投稿时同时提交参赛作者信息表(word格式文件)。信息表中包含作品说明、参赛作者国籍、单位/院校名称、真实姓名、护照号码、手机号码、通讯地址等信息。

At the same time, submit the information form of the participating author (word format file). The information form contains the description of the work, nationality of the author, the name of the unit / university or college, the real name, passport number, mobile phone number, mailing address and other information.

(3)参赛作品和参赛作者信息表,以邮件附件形式提交。在邮件正文,写明参赛作品类别和作品设计说明。

The entry and author information form should be submitted as an email attachment. In the body of the email, specify the category of the entry and the design description of the entry.

 

十、奖项设置/Prize Settings

金奖、银奖、铜奖、优秀奖、优秀指导教师奖、优秀组织单位奖。

2.奖品设置/Setting of prizes

获奖证书、大赛优秀作品集等奖品、参加颁奖典礼资格等。

Award certificate, excellent works of the competition and other prizes, and the qualification to participate in the award ceremony.

3.奖品发放/Distributing of prizes

颁奖典礼现场颁发。无法参会者,快递取回(自费)。

十一、知识产权/Intellectual Property Rights

1.知识产权/Intellectual Property Rights

(1)参赛者应拥有参赛内容的完全知识产权,一旦发现侵权,则参赛资格及所获奖项作废,参赛者承担全部法律责任。

Participants should own the complete intellectual property rights of the content. Once any infringement is found, the qualification and awards will be invalid, and participants will bear all legal liabilities.

(2)参赛者承担保护其作品知识产权的责任。组委会享有对参赛内容进行媒体宣传、出版发行、展示及产业化交易权利。

Contestants shall be responsible for protecting the intellectual property rights of their works. The Organizing Committee has the right to carry out media publicity, publication, display and industrial trading of the competition content.

(3)参赛者有义务配合大赛组委会,推进成果转化与产业化应用。不配合者,大赛组委会保留取消其相关奖项的权利。

Participants have the obligation to cooperate with the competition Organizing Committee to promote the transformation and industrial application of the results. For those who do not cooperate, the organizing committee reserves the right to cancel the award.

 

2.相关说明/Instructions

(1)寄送至大赛组委会的各类资料概不退还,参赛者不得提出任何索偿要求。

All materials sent to the Competition Organizing Committee will not be returned, and participants are not allowed to make any claim.

(2)奖项如有争议,以评审结果为准。根据参赛作品质量及创新程度等特殊所限,组委会有权空缺奖项。

In case of any dispute over the award, the result of the evaluation shall prevail. According to the quality and innovation of the entries, the Organizing committee has the right to leave the award vacant.

(3)大赛具体安排由组委会制定并公告。大赛组委会对本赛保留最终解释权。

The specific arrangement of the competition shall be made and announced by the Organizing committee. The organizing committee reserves the right of final interpretation.

 

十二、成果转化/Transformation and Application of Competition Results

1.参与共建/Participate in Joint Construction

大赛获奖者将有机会参加论坛、研修班、工作坊、基地共建等活动。

The winners will have the opportunity to participate in forums, seminars, workshops, base construction and other activities.

2.项目对接/Project Docking

大赛获奖内容将在线上线下公开展示,促进作品成果的常态化对接落地。

The winning content of the competition will be publicly displayed online and offline to promote the normal docking and landing of the works.

3.成果孵化/ Fruit Incubation

组委会有权遴选并孵化相关参赛内容,优先通过各类平台宣传推广。

The Organizing committee has the right to select and incubate relevant competition content and give priority to publicity and promotion through various platforms.
